LogoIncluded was founded in 2001 when we solely sold USB Drives. We realized there was a great interest for including logos on our products - hence our name! Since then, we have grown our brand, product line, and company to become a great leader in the Promotional Products Industry.

We go far beyond stamping a logo on a product. We are constantly adding new products to our line, improving our services, and visiting clients. We integrate the latest technology with your marketing needs, combined and engineered to create your perfect branding, advertising, and customer relationship tool. In our American-owned factory, we specialize in custom built-to-order technology products, meticulously controlling the style and technology, including look, functions, and features, according to your exact specifications.

Artwork Requirements:

  • Try to provide original vectored artwork. Normal file types include: EPS, Adobe Illustrator (.AI), or Adobe Acrobat (.PSD)
  • If you do not have the above file types, we can also use high-resolution JPEG, Photoshop (.PSD), or PNG files.
  • If you are not sure that will art will work, please email us so our graphic designers can take a look and advise the next steps to take.
  • If imprinting text, please provide the exact text you want to be imprinted and if possible, any fonts you would like used. If no fonts are specified we will use Arial.
  • Registration: For multiple color imprints a registration variance of 1/32 is considered acceptable registration.
  • For Spot Color imprints we require vectored art in one of the following formats: (.ai, .pdf, .eps)
  • For Full Color imprints we require vectored art or image files with a minimum of 300dpi. The image must be larger than the item imprint area.
  • PMS Match:PMS color matches can only be guaranteed on white or light-colored items. PMS match cannot be guaranteed on dark-colored items or items with a rubber finish.
  • Spot prints cannot include any halftones or gradients. If your artwork has halftones or gradients it must be printed via full color process.
  • Full Color Process: Full color process imprints cannot be PMS color matched. Printed colors will also be affected by the color of the item they are being printed on. Different printers may print the colors slightly differently.
  • Imprint areas are maximized by production. Should you have any specific requirements for the imprint size, they must be clearly stated on your purchase order.
  • All Fonts should be converted to outlines. We maintain a large font library, but there is no way we can support all fonts otherwise.

Code of Conduct

LogoIncluded follows the PPAI Code of Conduct. We will only work with ad specialty distributors who hold an ASI, PPAI, and/or Sage Number.

LogoIncluded assumes that any artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders agree not to hold LogoIncluded responsible for any damages, costs and/or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.

Liability Limitation

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, LogoIncluded will replace the goods, F.O.B. Point of shipment or refund the purchase price for the merchandise at LogoIncluded sole discretion provided that the claim is supplied in writing and is received within 15 days from the shipment date. LogoIncluded liability shall not, in any event, exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.

Office Hours

Logo Included is open 8AM EST until 8PM EST Monday through Friday. Logo Included is closed on all major holidays.

Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed and received, a Logo Included Sales Rep will confirm the order via email.

Order Process

In order to process your order, we will need to have the following:

  • Confirmed Purchase order, or written confirmation of order details.
  • An established method of payment.
  • Acceptable Vectored art for spot color imprints, or minimum 300DPI art for Full Color imprints.
  • Unit colors, and any specific imprint size requirements must be clearly specified. Custom PMS unit colors available for an extra charge on some items (MOQ may be required).
  • Written approval of digital proof.
  • We will only sell to Ad Specialty distributors who possess a valid PPAI, SAGE, or ASI number.

Payment

LogoIncluded accepts credit card and wire transfer as pre-payment. If paying by credit card, LogoIncluded will send an invoice through www.paypal.com. There is no account set-up required to use PayPal. LogoIncluded also extends approved customers NET 30 terms. Please contact your sales rep for more info. For security reasons, LogoIncluded will not keep credit cards on file and will not accept credit card information through email or phone.

Pricing

Pricing obtained from third-party websites should be verified with a dedicated sales rep or our website for confirmation. Pricing is subject to change without notice based on market fluctuations.

Returns

In order to receive an RMA repair, please contact customer service for an RMA number prior to the return of any merchandise. Our receiving department will return shipments without an RMA number.

Custom imprinted items may not be returned for credit. Blank items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee (for domestic items only).

LogoIncluded will repair or replace any defective products during the warranty period. Warranty replacements will be replaced with a non-imprinted unit of similar make and capacity. We will make every effort to replace with the exact same item, but this may not always be possible. Repair or replacement is at the sole discretion of LogoIncluded. Shipping costs to LogoIncluded will be the responsibility of the claimant. LogoIncluded will cover the return shipping via ground service, or USPS at our discretion. Once units have been returned please allow 2-4 weeks for replacement.

Returns or discounts for items will not be accepted or considered where the item quality did not meet client expectations. We provide & encourage random samples for clients to evaluate before purchasing in quantity to ensure the items will meet their expectations. If you are unsure that your client will be satisfied with any item, we will provide a preproduction proof for $63(v) + normal unit price prior to production of the order.

Rush Service Terms

24hr and 48hr rush services are generally offered on in-house stocked domestic items. Please contact rep for availability and pricing.

Sample Policy (spec)

Random/Blank samples Less than $10 are free of charge with a shipper number. Spec Samples cost $63.75 (V) and unit cost per item. The $63.75 will be applied as the setup for a full order assuming the art stays the same.

Shipping

Shipments are FOB Cumming, GA 30041 unless it is a direct China dropship. LogoIncluded will ship to 2 addresses at no extra charge. Any additional addresses will incur an $8 drop ship charge per address. Drop shipments direct from China will require a $50 documentation fee per address if billed on a 3rd party shipper account. For orders shipping into Canada, HST/GST will be billed separately depending on the final location. There is an $8 charge to use a 3rd party shipper account from FOB Cumming, GA.

**Shipping Disclaimer:

While we will do everything in our power to get your order to its destination on time, however, once the order is passed to the shipper, we are not responsible for any delays, or failure to deliver on time based on factors beyond our control, which include, but are not limited to: Carrier Delays, customs delays, Acts of God, severe weather delays, worker strikes, terrorism, or other unforeseen circumstances. This also includes any additional documents, testing, logo releases, etc. required for delivery of goods outside of the Continental US.

Warranty

LogoIncluded offers a lifetime warranty on USB drives. Warranty on other items varies by item and is listed in the items specs on our website. Typically, there is a 30-day warranty on our electronic items. We also guarantee imprints for one year under normal wear and tear conditions.
