Order Process:

Once you are ready to place your order we need:

  • Purchase Order or verbal order placed with your sales representative.
  • All artwork needed for the order
  • Any data loads uploaded to our FTP or emailed to us
  • Be sure to include any special instructions regarding your order.
  • The In Hand Due Date for the order

We will take care of everything else.

 

Delivery & Times

Once an order has been placed we take care of the rest.

  • Approx 1 hour - Mockup process - see what your product will look before ever committing to an order.
  • Approx 24 hours - Once an order has been placed we can provide a digital picture of your product fully manufactured.
  • 7-10 Business Days - General delivery time for most orders once they are approved.
  • *3-4 Business Days - Delivery time for rush orders

* Talk to your sales representative about rush orders. We can drop ship or even direct ship right from our factory.
